Nicole Helm is the founder of Vitality Equiscope and a Registered Nurse dedicated to advancing wellness for both humans and horses through innovative, non-invasive therapy. Originally from Vermont and now based in Oklahoma, Nicole is a proud mother of two who balances her nationwide practice, focused on performance, recovery, and long-term vitality, through healing the whole being—body, mind, and spirit.

An accomplished barrel racer and the Barrel Racing Director for the International Professional Rodeo Association (IPRA), Nicole brings a unique understanding of performance, athletic demands, and the deep bond between horse and rider. Her firsthand experience in the arena allows her to connect deeply with her equine clients and tailor care that supports both peak performance and long-term soundness.

With a compassionate approach, Nicole uses advanced Equiscope technology to help both humans and horses find relief, restore movement, and return to doing what they love. Traveling across the United States, she offers personalized wellness services wherever they are needed, building meaningful relationships with clients and their animals along the way.
